Budapest  public transportation system, includes bus, metro, trolley bus, tram, suburban railway lines (called HÉV lines), and boat services too.

There are several older vehicles in duty, so if you're lucky, you can travel with an almost 70 years old Tram line 2 - and also we have the oldest underground line in the contintent!

The Centre for Budapest Transport (Budapesti Közlekedési Központ, BKK) is responsible for the main transport services in Budapest.
